Seller and support
Thriftellei. Legal seller name — pending completion. Business and returns address — pending completion. Grievance contact — pending designation. Email thriftellei@gmail.com for support, privacy or refund requests. Include an order or membership reference when available. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
Permission to use the website
Thriftellei grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the storefront and, during a verified entitlement period, view premium collection content. Original software, design and content remain owned by their respective rights holders. Ownership and lawful resale of purchased physical goods follow applicable law.
Acceptable use
Use shopping features for lawful personal purposes. Do not redistribute restricted materials, share access credentials, bypass membership checks, exploit vulnerabilities or introduce harmful content. Seek permission before commercial reproduction of original store content, except where law permits use without permission.
Access duration and availability
Premium viewing permission follows the valid entitlement for the purchased Whop plan. Expiration, revocation or an effective refund may end access. Features may be updated or interrupted for maintenance. Applicable remedies for failure to provide a paid service remain available.
Termination and rights
Access may be restricted for misuse, with an explanation where appropriate. Ending website access does not automatically cancel recurring billing. Manage subscription cancellation through Whop or support. This license does not exclude mandatory consumer protections or liability required by law.
